iPhone 14 could be Apple's last with a Lightning port as EU reveals ban plan

 The European Union has uncovered designs to force a general charger decide on innovation makers that would see a few associations -, for example, Apple's Lightning port - restricted from gadgets sold in the locale.

The proposition - which isn't yet last - says cell phone producers will be given two years to progress to the general connector type.

For Apple, that would mean the iPhone 14, which we'd hope to see in 2022, would probably hold Lightning, however the iPhone 15 - which might show up in 2023 - should look to an alternate connector type.

Dying Light 2 devs launch update, backtrack three hours later

 Dying Light 2’s recent 1.2 patch has not gone down well with fans, who are angry after the update nerfed one of the game’s best items.   Although intended as an easter egg, the Korek Charm has become beloved by players for effectively letting them bypass the game’s weapon’s degradation system. Weapons in Dying Light 2 degrade with use, requiring you to discard them and replace them with shiny new options.  While it’s possible to restore the durability of degraded weapons by equipping them with stat-boosting mods, each mod only restores a meager 50 durability points. The iPhone 14 launch is likely to mean the end for the iPhone 11

 The arrival of the iPhone 14 later this year will mean the iPhone 11 gets shunted out of Apple's smartphone range, according to one tipster – so if you want the older phone then you've got a few months left to get it direct from Apple.  Sources speaking to iDropNews say that the iPhone 11 will be gone after the iPhone 14 range appears – not only due to its age but also because it potentially takes away sales from the iPhone SE (2022) that Apple launched in March.  Apparently, the iPhone 11 has sold more than the new iPhone SE since the latter phone arrived.
